What is Super Bear Scan?Super bear scan is based on the moving averages. Whenever, the 200 tick MA, 150 tick MA and 50 tick MA stack down in a sequence above the actual stock price, that's when we identify the super bear run. Our primary trend lines do not use MA. However, market participants at large, uses the MA of different variance in order to time the market as well as to determine bullish or bearish condition. This super bear condition is overlaid on the medium term trend line in order to remove the choppiness of the MA and produce solid resistance levels. In my observation, stocks could drop from its current level. This could represent the height of the major bear condition and continue trading lower. |
